Vor ein paar Jahren kaufte ich eine Audio 300 mit einem Paar von Lautsprechern L710 auf e-bay USA. Mit dem Kauf erhielt ich auch eine Geräteständer, die ich annehmen, der ehemalige Inhaber der Audio-300 verwendet. Der Stand hat Känguru-Stil Beine ähnlich der LF700 steht mit den Lautsprecherboxen in den frühen 70er Jahren produziert. Die kompakte passt nicht gut aussehen oder auf dem Stand richtig. Der Stand ist in insgesamt guter Zustand. Es hat ein paar Kratzer und eine fehlende Streifen von Melamin auf der Vorderseite auf einer Seite.

Kann jemand Hintergrundinformationen zu diesem Gerät geben? Was ist das Produkt Modellbezeichnung? Wie war es dazu bestimmt Zweck? Ist es üblich, oder ist es selten? Was ist es Wert?

A few years ago I purchased an Audio 300 with a pair of L710 loudspeakers on e-bay USA. With the purchase I also received an equipment stand which I assume the former owner used for the Audio 300. The stand has kangaroo style legs similar to the LF700 stands with the loudspeaker boxes produced in the early 70's. The compact does not fit well or look correct on the stand. The stand is in good overall condition. It has a few scratches and a missing strip of melamine on the front on one side.

Can anyone give me background information on this unit? What is the product model designation? What was it's intended purpose? Is it common or is it rare? What is it's value?

Yeah they are pretty rare, so yesterday one is gone on ebay for 168,-€ ; thats 250,-$ I guess.

Die linke Seite dieses Standes ist 43cm breit und die rechte Seite ist 45cm breit. Die Breite des Audio 300 ist 65cm. Ich gehe davon aus, diese Stand muss für andere Braun Audio-Komponenten wie einem Drehtisch und einem Empfänger, die gemacht wurden.

This catalog page is helpful! Since the table tops on the stand are 430mm and 450mm wide, it could have been used with a PS 500 and a Regie 308. Was this a common system?

Hi Gary,
no it was not a common combination. The Regie 308 was usually combined with the PS 358 / 458.
Maybe the stands where used for a combination of PS 500 and TG 1000.

I had considered this but thought it unlikely because a second stand or table would need to be used for the radio/amplifier. The PS 500 and TG 1000 are like two suits cut from the same cloth.
